Verizon Wireless "water damage" scam

-- I am still writing on this one -- but here is some information on the issue:

It basically seems that Verizon has been using the "water damage" card to tell people that their warranty is void. Usually the water damage is indicated by a little sticker inside the battery compartment of the phone. However, I have experienced this myself and sure enough.. they told me it was water damaged, and I had to pay full price for a new one. Knowing that the phone never got close to water I decided to report this on a Blog to see if they will ever pay attention to it.

Way to go Verizon! That's why I am dropping you guys!

Sunrocket Horrible Customer Service

Sunrocket stiffed me while I tried to renew my yearly contract with them and after saying they never got my email, I was then charged a completely different price. I will tell more later
